· Mechanically Cleaned Screens

These coarse screens boost efficiency and diminish problems in the wastewater treatment process.

2. Micro Screens for Wastewater Screening

The smallest kind of screening in wastewater treatment is micro screening. These screens are typically low-speed drum screens. These drums are lined with filtering fabrics. Wastewater penetrates the drum, and the retained solid water is collected and disposed of.

3. Fine Screening in Wastewater Treatment Plants

The screening procedure in the water treatment plant operates screens with clear openings of less than 6mm, known as fine screens. They are made of wedge wire, perforated plates, or wire cloth. They are tools for screening in wastewater treatment used to remove fine solids like micro screens.
